Rest in Peace
Clark died 49 years ago today, on November 16, 1960. Myrna Loy once said of their film flop Parnell, “I suppose its failure was because nobody believed that strong, virile Clark would die, weak and sick, of a heart attack. But that is how he did end up going, the poor soul.”
To commemerate this anniversary, I have added a section under the Info tab detailing his death and funeral that you can find here. I have a copy of his will that I will be posting soon in its entirety in that section as well.
Pictures and audio from the Gone with the Wind 70th Anniversary event over the weekend will hopefully be up this week!

Ah, very dear Mr. Gable. But perhaps it was best. I don’t think he would have been very happy with this world of ours, do you?
