Gossip Friday: Goodbye, Old Oak

From October 1939:
Ever since Clark Gable and Carole Lombard have moved to their Encino homestead, they have been petting along their pride and joy, a 200-year-old oak three. It was blown down and will now be sawed up for the winter fireplace.
